Certain features require a paid subscription. Plan inclusions, usage limits and prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with reasonable notice. A free plan is available; paid plans renew until cancelled. Where required by law, applicable refund rights apply.
The Service, including its design, scoring methodology and generated analysis, is owned by AlphaCouncil and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal investment research.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaCouncil is not liable for any investment losses or for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. See the Disclaimer below.
We may update these Terms or the Service over time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

All scores, theses, Council reviews and other content are produced by automated models and data pipelines for general informational and educational purposes. They are one structured input into your own research — not a directive, signal or guarantee.
Our analysis draws on third-party data (including market data and broker research) that may contain errors, gaps or delays. Where data is missing, we show a dash rather than a guess — but we cannot warrant that all information is complete, accurate or current. Always verify figures before acting on them.
